Yes, full customization is available. You can customize size, material, color, logo printing and patterns. Our design team offers free design service; just provide your idea or artwork.

What is our ordering process?

Send us your quantity, custom specifications and logo file.
We work out quotation and produce design drafts for your confirmation.
You arrange deposit payment after approving price and artwork.
Mass‑production starts upon receiving payment.
We arrange shipment after finished goods inspection.

What services are included in the after-sales service?

We provide product quality follow‑up, shipping document support and technical consultation.
If quality problems are caused by our production, we will communicate with you for reasonable solutions such as re‑production or compensation.
Damages caused by improper transportation or man‑made misuse are not covered.

How to provide Artwork?

Please supply high‑resolution files. 96‑300 DPI is acceptable, higher resolution preferred. Color mode: CMYK or Pantone Solid Coated. File formats: PDF, AI, PSD, CDR, TIFF, high‑quality JPG. If you have no ready‑to‑print artwork, we provide free design support.

How to get the Sample?

Custom samples cost depends on your design, sampling lead‑time 3‑7 working days. Existing stock samples are free. Once you place a formal order, we can make one pre‑production sample for your confirmation before mass‑production.

Normally, 30% deposit is required to start mass‑production, and the balance shall be settled before shipment after inspection.
